Education Ministry plans to return 125 talented scientists working abroad back to Kazakhstan

ASTANA. November 12. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Kazakh Ministry of Education and Science is discussing the issue of returning scientists who work abroad back to Kazakhstan.

Minister Bakytzhan Zhumagulov has announced it at a plenary session of the Parliament's Senate.

"We made a list of the most talented Kazakh scientists working abroad and it includes 125 people", B.Zhumagulov said.

He noted that Kazakhstan creates conditions for the country's intellectual potential maintenance. In particular, according to him, the Nazarbayev University will be an analogue of the Silicon Valley in the U.S.A.
