Emergency Committee issues avalanche alert for three regions

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Emergency Situations Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs issued an avalanche alert for three regions of Kazakhstan, Kazinform correspondent reports.

According to the Committee, in next 24 hours in the mountainous regions of South Kazakhstan, Almaty and East Kazakhstan regions avalanches are possible. The public is recommended to avoid steep snow-covered slopes.
