Emirates plane forced to make emergency landing at Astana airport

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - A Dubai-bound Emirates plane had to make an emergency landing at the Astana International Airport on Monday after a passenger became unwell on board, the airport's press service informs.

The female passenger had felt unwell after the plane took off from Seattle.

The plane with 239 passengers and 20 crew members on board was forced to make an emergency landing in Astana at 19:41 p.m..

After the passenger was successfully treated by ambulance crew, the flight continued on to Dubai at 22:40 p.m.
