Establishment of specialized courts within Supreme Court to allow to speed up settlement of investment disputes - K. Mami
"In reality, state bodies and small and medium-sized business entities try to reach the Supreme Court no matter what kind of case is under investigation. Local courts also let it happen just by making mistakes in their work and sometimes just misunderstanding and misinterpreting the interests of the state. On the other hand, the decisions of courts are often doubted in order to just have the decision of the Supreme Court instead of a local one. As a result, what we have is wasted time and the economic effect of investments which is lost. We believe that establishment of the specialized court within the structure of the Supreme Court, reduction of the process of consideration of court orders will significantly speed up the settlement of investment disputes," K. Mami noted. According to him, it will also allow to have focused specialization judges, which, in turn, will ensure a more professional approach.
