EU activates cooperation with Kazakhstan in terms of visa regime

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Today, deputy of the Majilis, member of the committee for parliamentary cooperation "Kazakhstan - EU" Aigul Solovyova received Head of the Central Asian Division of the European External Action Service Toivo Klaar in the Parliament.

As the press service of the Majilis informs, during the meeting A. Solovyova stressed the importance of the visit of N. Nazarbayev to Brussels. It initiated the work on preparation of the text of the agreement on expanded partnership and cooperation between Kazakhstan and the European Union.

Toivo Klaar assured that the EU exerts every effort to expand the cooperation including the issues of liberalization and easing visa restrictions.

Having noted the dynamics of development of economic and trade relations the sides expressed the hope for active interaction of the parliamentarians in the future.
