EU has positive agenda for Kazakhstan - EU Sanctions Envoy David O'Sullivan

 International Special Envoy for the Implementation of EU Sanctions David O'Sullivan held a press conference following his visit. According to him the European Union has a very positive agenda for Kazakhstan, Kazinform News Agency correspondent reports. 

The EU has a very positive agenda for Kazakhstan. As you know, the EU is the main trade and investment partner of Kazakhstan. We have many ambitious projects and plans with Kazakhstan weather in green technology or transport. We are keen on further promoting our relations with Kazakhstan in a positive manner, said David O'Sullivan.

According to him, the European Union seeks close cooperation with the country.

I’d like to note once again that we do not wish sanctions to become an obstacle to our closer and deeper cooperation, said the speaker.
