EU top officials to visit Abkhazia Feb 9-11

SUKHUM. February 6. KAZINFORM The Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, Thomas Hammarberg, and the EU?s special envoy to the South Caucasus, Peter Semneby, will visit Abkhazia on February 9-11, the republic?s foreign ministry told Itar-Tass on Thursday.
