EurAsEC court to start working on 1 January 2012

MOSCOW. December 20. KAZINFORM The court of the Eurasian Economic Community will start working on 1 January 2012. The decision was made by the EurAsEC heads of state, BelTA has learned.

According to BelTA, the EurAsEC court will deal with disputes relating to the operation of the Eurasian Economic Community and the Single Economic Space.

The new body will be located in Minsk. A source in the delegation that accompanied the Belarusian head of state during his visit to Russia stressed that the Belarusian side will do its best to create the best conditions for the court's operation.
