Eurasian Economic Union establishment discussed in Minsk
ASTANA . KAZINFORM - Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yergali Bulegenov and the head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Belarus Andrey Kobyakov have held a meeting in Minsk, the press service of the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan reports.
Kazakh Ambassador thanked the chairman of the Presidential Administration of Belarus for the support of Kazakhstan's candidacy to host the international specialized exhibition "Expo-2017 " and non-permanent member of the UN Security Council for 2017-2018. The parties discussed the possibility of the Belarusian high-level delegation's participation in the Astana VII economic Forum which is to be carried out in May 2014.
The round table debated the issues of Kazakh-Belarusian cooperation, including the implementation of agreements reached during the official visit of President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko in Kazakhstan in October 2013, and the establishment of the Eurasian Economic Union.
