Everyday corruption keeps on rising in Kazakhstan, experts

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Experts believe that the everyday corruption keeps on growing in Kazakhstan.

The Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan carried out a social survey to measure public perception of corrupt practices and anticorruption efforts. It was conducted the countrywide. 1,400 respondents were interviewed at large. 49,2% of the asked respondents perceive corruption level as high. As the opinion poll indicates the highest levels of corruption are observed in Atyrau, Taraz, Taldykorgan, Astana and Almaty.
