Ex head of Department of energy and housing-public utilities of Karaganda rgn arrested

KARAGANDA. February 28. KAZINFORM "Former head of Department of energy and housing-public utilities of Karaganda region Yerlan Uteshev, having been accused of a fatal road traffic accident commitment was sent into a pretrial detention center," deputy Prosecutor of Karaganda region Alexander Ogai informed at the briefing.

As reported earlier a road traffic accident occurred on February 16 night in Karaganda.

A driver of BMW car drove to the wrong side and crashed into Opel and Toyota Corolla. Following the road accident, a woman, born in 1960 (driver of Toyota) was hospitalized with various injuries. The injured woman died in the hospital.

The drivers of other two cars were also taken to a hospital.
