Exceptional November: air temperature to rise as high as 22°C in Kazakhstan

Mets issued a weather forecast for Kazakhstan for November 14-16, Kazinform News Agency cites Kazhyrdomet. 

Unusual warmth is set to persist over the days to come throughout Kazakhstan delaying the start of winter, it said in a statement. 

Two cyclones, the Southern and Atlantic, are forecast to set the tone countrywide. Rains will batter first the western regions and then the rest of Kazakhstan while southern regions are predicted to enjoy fair weather with some clouds. The air temperature will rise as high as 17-22 degrees Celsius during the day in the southern regions.
