Exhibition dated to 550th anniversary of Kazakh khanate opens in Atyrau

ATYRAU. KAZINFORM - An exhibition dedicated to Bokei khan was unveiled at a museum in Atyrau.

Its goal is to tell about the role of Bokei khan in the history of Kazakhstan. "This exhibition will kick off a series of expositions dedicated to the 550th anniversary of the Kazakh khanate. Documents about the life and work of Bokei khan, the founder and ruler of Bokei Orda will be showcased at the exhibition," representative of the museum Oksana Aitzhanova said. A copy of Bokei khan's seal, ancient furniture, utensils, household items and many other things will be exhibited at the event.
