Fervent heat to settle in Kazakhstan throughout Sunday

The anticyclone sets the tone across Kazakhstan bringing rains and thunderstorms to the north, northeast, southeast and center. High wind, dust storms are expected throughout the country. Fog is to coat the north, center and east of the country as well as mountainous districts in the nighttime and morning, Kazinform News Agency learned from Kazhydromet.

The high fire threat remains in Aktobe, Ulytau, Zhetysu, Northeast West Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda, Southeast Kazakhstan, Zhambyl, Karaganda and Kostanay regions.

The extremely high fire hazard remains in Kyzylorda, Turkistan, Zhambyl, Atyrau, West Kazakhstan, Ulytau, Zhetysu, Abai, Mangistau, Karaganda, Almaty and Aktobe regions.
