Fervent heat to subside in Kazakhstan in next three days

Showers will douse Kazakhstan in next three days as hail and gusty winds are expected in most parts of the country on August 15 - August 17, Kazinform News Agency reports.

According to the national weather agency, heavy rains are expected in the northwest and north on August 16, in the center on August 17, and in the east of Kazakhstan on August 18. Furthermore, wind strengthening is expected across the country.

The majority of the country is expected to experience a decline in temperature, with the western region anticipating a drop to between 18 and 28°С, the northwest between 15 and 26°С, the north between 18 and 23°С, and only the eastern and southeastern regions remaining unaffected. The country will experience daytime temperatures of +35, +38°C, while the southern region is expected to reach +41°C on August 15. The central part of Kazakhstan is also anticipated to have temperatures reaching +35°C, according to the Kazhydromet statement.
