First ever official document signed at informal meeting - Russian President
sp; ALMATY. December 19. KAZINFORM. /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ For the first time ever an official document was signed at the informal summit, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said at the meeting of the Heads of CIS states in Almaty on Saturday December 19.

As reported earlier, the presidents of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus signed the Joint Declaration on Customs Union and Action Plan on formation of the Single Economic Space.
The heads of seven CIS states - Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan - take part in the informal meeting.
