First vice-PM held talks with eligible directors of Baiterek holding

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - During his working visit to Germany (Frankfurt am Main) First Deputy Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev held talks with independent directors of JSC "Baiterek National Managing Holding" including a former chairman of the Eastern Committee of German Economy, member of the board of the concern Daimler Benz Klaus Mangold, former President of the EBRD Thomas Mirow and architect of innovative policy of Singapore Philip Yeo.

The parties discussed the German experience related to the establishment and development of institutions that promote innovation and technological development of the country, investments in promising sectors of economy, role of financial institutions, the press service of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan reported. Representatives of the global business have shown great interest in the state program of industrial-innovative development of Kazakhstan for 2015-2019. In conclusion, the parties have reached a number of agreements related to significant investment projects in Kazakhstan with the participation of German capital.
