FIS Alpine skiing tournament to take place in Almaty

AKMATY. KAZINFORM - The FIS Alpine skiing tournament among men and women will be held in Almaty from February 20 through February 28. The event is called "Silver Edelweiss.

As it was informed, the best skiers from Germany, Poland, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Belarus, Ukraine, Canada and many other countries will gather at "Shymbulak" complex to compete against each other.

"It is about speed, professionalism which is out of this world and entertainment we all can have during those days," the statement reads.
