Five died in road accidents yesterday - Ministry of Emergencies

ASTANA.  August 22. KAZINFORM Three road-traffic accidents took place in Almaty, Zhambyl and Mangystau regions yesterday.

Thus, two died and six were hospitalized as a result of collision of Nissan and Mercedes cars in Kerbulak municipality of Almaty oblast. The accident occurred on the 185^th km of Almaty-Ust-Kamenogorsk highway late evening.  Driver of Nissan and one of his passengers died at the spot. The other six people were taken to a hospital with different traumas.

The next accident took place in Korday municipality, Zhambyl oblast. Driver of Mazda could not make his car following which it overturned.  The driver died at the very spot, his two passengers were hospitalized.

One more road tragedy occurred in Munaily municipality, Mangystau region. Driver and passenger of an Opel died after the car was smashed up by a Toyota.
