Flood alert in E Kazakhstan

UST-KAMENOGORSK. KAZINFORM Water level on the rivers of the East Kazakh region is expected to rise September 22-23 due to heavy rains. Overflow and flooding are possible, Kazinform cites the Kazakh Meteorological Service.

Local emergencies department has issued a warning message for the region residents.
