FM: Specialized law on state social mandate needed

sp;ASTANA. November 24. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Kazakhstan needs specialized law on state social mandate. Kazakhstan Secretary of State-Minister of Foreign Affairs Kanat Saudabayev has announced it at the plenary session of the IV Civil Forum.

According to him, the important necessity in qualitative change of the state social mandate exists in Kazakhstan. "All mechanisms of the state social mandate implementation can be regulated by one specialized law on state social mandate", K.Saudabayev said.

K.Saudabayev thinks to consider opportunity of simplification of the procedures of registration, abolishment and reorganization of NGOs.
