Foggy and windy conditions forecast in Kazakhstan Nov 4

Due to atmospheric fronts, most parts of Kazakhstan will see rain and snow on November 4, Kazinform News Agency reports.

According to Kazhydromet, only southeastern and eastern regions will enjoy no precipitation today.

Foggy and windy conditions are forecast countrywide.

Icy road conditions are expected in the country's west, northwest and north, the met service says.
