Food market’s pricing issues discussed in South Kazakhstan region

PETROPAVLOVSK. November 18. KAZINFORM /Sergey Kuznetsov/ Governor of Petropavlovsk region held telephone conference with heads of regional departments and administrations on the issues of pricing at the food markets.

According to head of the regional department of industry and commerce Bekzharsy Tulegenov, the situation at the food market is stable. There are enough foodstuffs at storages of the regional center. The food prices are decreasing starting from November 10.

Special attention was paid to the price of small loaf of whet-bread that fluctuates essentially. "It is necessary to decrease the bread price by KZT 3-4 per loaf. It is necessary to get under control the work of mills and bakeries, provide regions and municipalities with wheat and bread", the regional Governor said.

 The Head of the region noted that it is necessary to restart work of commission on control over prices fro foodstuffs, hold agricultural fairs both in Pavlodar and large inhabited areas of the region. He set Governors of municipalities and regional departments corresponding tasks.
