For its part, Kazakhstan believes that if we want to ensure stability and prosperity for our nations and peoples, current geopolitical turbulence and economic challenges demand from us concerted efforts within the OTS. Our country is deeply concerned over the escalation of violence in the Middle East. We join in solidarity with the international community and urge for an immediate ceasefire between Israel and Hamas. Opening of humanitarian corridors for the people of Gaza is a primary task for Kazakh diplomacy, Murat Nurtleu said.

The parties to the conflict must focus on peace negotiations, he added.
