The issues of interaction between NGOs, state bodies and business reps were considered during the conference as well as 15 delegates were elected for upcoming IV Civil Forum.

The non-governmental sector of Aktobe region has significantly grown and was activated for the last years as far as over 300 NGOs are registered in the region whereas 101 organizations are actively operated. "More often NGOs are more successful and economical than the state ones as far as they actively use innovative approaches to address the social issues", - Deputy Mayor of the Region Sara Nurkatova informed.

Therewith the analysis shows that the main disadvantages of Aktobe NGOs are insufficient financial basis, weak awareness of population on NGOs' activity as well as low level of partnership between NGOs.

The Deputy Mayor of the Region commissioned the regional financial administration jointly with other state bodies to allocate funds for the state social order during budgeting for 2010.
