Gazi University to open its branch in Kazakhstan

Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Türkiye Yerkebulan Sapiyev met with Uğur Ünal, the Rector of Gazi University, one of Türkiye’s leading higher education institutions, Kazinform News Agency refers to the Kazakh Foreign Ministry. 

The development of relations in the field of education and the strengthening of research and academic ties between Kazakhstan and Türkiye were discussed during the meeting.

The parties also discussed progress of efforts to open a branch of Gazi University ın Kazakhstan and agreed to work together in this direction.

Additionally, they exchanged views on the increasing number of Kazakh students at the mentioned university and organizing various events involving them. Specific steps were outlined to enhance the exchange of experience between universities of both countries.
