Gennady ‘GGG' Golovkin to have his next fight in U.S.

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - WBA (Super), IBO and WBC Interim world middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin (31-0, 28 KO) will have his next fight in the U.S., according to his promoter Tom Loeffler.

In his words, if Golovkin comes out victorious in bout vs. Murray on February 21, he will return to the squared ring in May or July. "Gennady always likes to stay active and be on an active schedule. We'd be looking at coming back in the United States, if everything goes the right way in Monte Carlo, coming back as soon as possible in either May or June," Loeffler said. According to Loeffler, the plan for Golovkin is to fight up to four times in 2015 and bring him back to California.
