Geographic and cultural proximity of two countries makes conducting of business in Kazakhstan easier for Russian companies

ALMATY. November12. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ "There is no those problems with the gold mining in Kazakhstan that we face in remote areas of Russia", Director General of "Polymetal" Russian company Vitaly Nesis has said today in Almaty.

He noted that Kazakhstan has big raw materials base of gold and takes 5-6 place on gold reserves in the world. "The geographic and cultural proximity of our countries makes conducting of business in Kazakhstan easier for Russian companies. Kazakhstan has more favorable infrastructure compared to Far East", V.Nesis said.

Concerning the Kazakh content at "Varvarinskoye" field, the Head of the "Polymetal" said that the bid will be place on the company that constructed and operated the enterprise successfully.
