German Society for Technical Cooperation in RK to support realization of <i>Path to Europe</i> Program

ASTANA. February 20. KAZINFORM Today Kazakh Vice Minister of Justice Dulat Kustavletov has held a meeting with the head of the German Society for Technical Cooperation in Kazakhstan in the Ministry of Justice; Kazinform refers to the Ministry?s press service.

Within the meeting the issues of bilateral cooperation within the framework of ?Path to Europe? state program were discussed. The German representative expressed interest in assistance in implementation of joint projects on training of the Ministry's staff and exchange of experience with the state bodies and specialized institutions of Germany. Among the main directions of potential cooperation the sides noted studying and exchange of positive experience of Germany for improvement of the Kazakh legislation in the sphere of execution of criminal sanctions, medical evidence in court, international arbitration and etc. The head of the German Society for Technical Cooperation in Kazakhstan expressed readiness to support the Kazakh Ministry of Justice in realization of activities within the framework of the state program ?Path to Europe?.
