Girl, 3, dies after getting hit by car in Akmola rgn

KOKSHETAU. KAZINFORM - A 3-year-old girl has died after being hit by a vehicle in the Akmola region, local police say.

The police say the accident happened when a 25-year-old driver of the Toyota Land Cruiser accidently struck the 3-year-old on his way home in Bestobe village. Paramedics were called to the scene, but it was too late. The girl was pronounced dead at the scene. A criminal investigation has been launched.
