Government to adjust national budget with regard to oil price of $50 - Kelimbetov

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan's Government will adjust the republican budget with consideration for the projected average oil price of $ 50 per barrel, this has been announced by chairman of the National Bank Kairat Kelimbetov at today's briefing in Central Communications Service.

K.Kelimbetov recalled that in 2015 the National Bank plans to prevent sharp fluctuations in the exchange rate of tenge. He said that, NB adhere to the current policy of the currency corridor. K.Kelimbetov also noted that in the framework of measures for de-dollarization of the economy it is planned to tighten the requirements for non-bank financial institutions.

He noted that the Government and the National Bank will approve the plan of measures for de-dollarization next week.
