Government to draft a bill to improve conditions for business in Kazakhstan
"The Government should submit to the Parliament the bill on dramatic improvement of the conditions for business activities by September 1, 2014 and the bill on the activities of self-regulated organizations - by January 1, 2015," the President said.
Nursultan Nazarbayev also tasked the Cabinet to fully review the existing legislation in that sphere. "A new institute of business ombudsman will be set up in Kazakhstan to protect the rights of domestic entrepreneurs," the Kazakh leader added.
In conclusion, the President stressed 'the development of entrepreneurship is one of the key objectives of the Kazakhstan-2050 Development Strategy.
"The new bill will significantly improve the conditions for business activities in Kazakhstan. It will be a tangible help for every businessman in the country and one more step closer to the club of the world's top 30 countries. This move is expected to positively affect Kazakhstan's economy growth, create more jobs and improve welfare of all people of Kazakhstan," the Head of State noted.
