Government to halt essential goods price hikes, says Kazakh PM
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan will take measures to stop uncontrolled rise in prices, especially for essential goods, Prime Minister of the country Serik Akhmetov said Tuesday.

"What we need to do right now is to take appropriate measures in order to stop uncontrolled rise in prices for basic consumer goods," the Premier stated during the Tuesday telephone conference with the Cabinet.
