Government to present list of companies included in People's IPO in 2 weeks

ASTANA. February 28. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ A list of national companies which will participate in the People's IPO program is to be complete during 10-14 days.

Prime Minister Karim Massimov has announced it at the national business forum today.

The Premier outlined that the program is under development.

To implement the provisions of the Address to the Nation the Government was urged to elaborate and realize a special program of the People's IPO. According to it, each Kazakhstani will have an opportunity to buy shares of national companies.

IPO is an initial public offering of a company's shares to the public.
