Governments must not ignore human factor ? ICAPP Co-Chairman Chung Eui-yong
ASTANA. March 28. KAZINFORM. /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Co-Chairman of the Standing Committee of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP) Chung Eui-yong has addressed the 10th session of the Committee in Astana.
?We face serious economic woes. Today the main task of the political parties is to support their governments, which in turn should take all possible measures for overcoming the crisis. Alongside they should not ignore human factors in the crisis. In particular, the governments should not ignore developing nations hit by the economic downturn hardest?, Mr. Chung Eui-yong stated.
The Co-Chairman noted that Asia is considered as a region where various political tempests may occur. "Thus the role of the ICAPP in ensuring political stability and dialog between political leaders has increased", he added.
