Governor of Ulytau region relieved of his duties
Berik Abdygaliuly has been relieved of his duties as the governor of Ulytau region, Kazinform News Agency cites the Akorda press service.
Born in 1971 in Karaganda region, Berik Abdygaliuly is a graduate of the Al Farabi Kazakh National University and the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Service under the Russian President.
He authored 10 books and over 100 scientific works.
In 2012 he took the post of akim of Arkalyk in Kostanay region, in 2013 he was appointed deputy governor of Karaganda region.
In 2017-2019 Berik Abdygaliuly headed the Sacred Kazakhstan scientific research centre at the Kazakh National Museum.
In 2019-2021 Berik Abdygaliuly acted as akim of Ulytau district in Karaganda region.
In 2021-2022 he served as Majilis deputy, VII convocation.
In 2022 he took the post of akim of Ultau region.
