H.Salber: Core of Astana Summit - formation of constructive dialogue on security architecture from Vancouver to Vladivostok

ASTANA. November 29. KAZINFORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ Establishing of a foundation for constructive dialogue on security issues from Vancouver to Vladivostok in the interest of the international community is the main core of the Summit. Director of the OSCE Conflict Prevention Centre Herbert Salber said at a briefing in Astana on Monday.

According to him, formation of single global security architecture is one of difficult issues. Existing interests of different countries have been developed and are historically connected within the frameworks of such organizations as NATO, EU and regional SCO and CSTO.

"Attempts to harmonize the cooperation of these organizations and establish a solid organization are ambitious. The Astana Summit is able to make its contribution to it", H.Salber said.
