Hague hosted International Music Festival

ASTANA. April 9. KAZINFORM An international music festival was held in the Hague on April 4. The event was organized by the City Mayor?s Office under the auspices of the diplomatic corps and international organizations accredited in Holland, Kazinform refers to the press service of the Kazakh MFA.

The festival brought together representatives of creative intelligentsia, cultural-educational and music circles, foreign diplomats, journalists, music groups from Algeria, Bulgaria, Venezuela, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Cuba, Malaysia, Poland, Turkey, Ukraine, Croatia, Sri-Lanka, Chile. Our country was represented there by ?Silk Way? Orchestra, consisting of the representatives of the Kazakh Diaspora. The group performed Kazakh traditional songs and the songs of the nations living in Kazakhstan and played national music instruments. The guests were also demonstrated a documentary about the history and modern life of our country.
