Harvesting of grain complete in North Kazakhstan

PETROPAVLOVSK. November 22. KAZINFORM - North Kazakhstan has completed harvesting of grain. At present grain has been threshed on the area of 3 million 573.6 thousand hectares, or 100 % of the territory, the press service of the oblast akim says.

5,203.6 thousand tons have been harvested, the yield has made 14.6 t / ha, which is higher than last year's level of 12.9 t / ha.

The highest yield has been recorded in areas of Magzhan Zhumabaev - 17.4 c / ha, Kyzylzharsky - 16.9 c / ha, and the one named after Gabit Musrepov - 16.4 c / ha.

The lowest yield was registered in Timiryazev area, that is 11.1 c / ha.
