Head of Agriculture Department in Ulytau region appointed
Almat Saukhimov has been appointed head of the Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Ulytau region, Kazinform News Agency reports.

Saukhimov was born in 1985. He graduated from the Central Asian University with a degree in Finance, from the Zhezkazgan University named after O.A.Baikonurov with a degree in Law, and from the Shymkent University with a degree in Economics.
He began his professional journey at Sat Saulet LLP in Satpayev, where he held the position of foreman in the landscaping department and subsequently served as acting deputy director.
In 2007-2022, he worked in the system of tax service and state revenues. He held the positions of chief specialist of the Tax Department of Zhezkazgan city, head of department in the Department of Taxes of the Karaganda region, as well as deputy head of the Department of State Revenues in Zhezkazgan city.
In 2022-2023 he was akim of Kengir village of Zhezkazgan city.
Since 2023 and up to the present he held the post of deputy akim of Satpayev.
As reported earlier, Asset Nussupov was appointed as Vice Minister of Trade and Integration.
