Head of State met with best secondary school students – Astana
The meeting took place in the Museum of the First President of Kazakhstan. Having congratulated the students on the Knowledge Day the Head of the State underlined the necessity of quality education.
"The human life is not so long that is why it is necessary to reach perfection in preferred profession. All conditions are created in Kazakhstan for this purpose; all schools have computer classes and Internet. Our schools use modern techniques including online board. I am glad for Kazakhstani school students who win in different olympiads and contests. We need in educated people so our country could enter the most developed countries of the world", - he stated.
Over 70 best senior school students participated in the meeting. "Before the meeting with the President our best teachers held lessons of patriotism where school students visited the Museum of the First President of Kazakhstan as such events educate patriotism and elate pride for your country", - Head of Astana Educational Administration Assima Bimendina said.
As she informed, according to the preliminary data over 6 thousand school students will attend the secondary schools of Astana city whereas there are about 66 000 school students in the capital. About 1 700 children arrived from different regions of the country to attend secondary schools of the capital.
