ASTANA. KAZINFORM - People should not stop searching for peaceful ways to resolve conflicts, this has been announced by President Nursultan Nazarbayev.

N. Nazarbayev said that people all over the world are concerned about the conflicts taking place in different regions of the globe, especially the confrontation in Ukraine and destabilization of the situation in the Middle East. "This is a consequence of the global crisis, which has grown beyond the economic and financial spheres. In this difficult time, it is important to avoid further escalation of conflicts and toughening of sanctions exchange", said Nursultan Nazarbayev. President noted that the only alternative was negotiation. Head of State assured that Kazakhstan is committed to this alternative.
