Head of State signs law on safety of persons involved in criminal proceedings

ASTANA. April 7. KAZINFORM. Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ?On introduction of amendments to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on the issues of ensuring safety of persons involed in the criminal procedure?, Kazinform has learnt from the President?s press service.

The document is aimed at protecting constitutional human rights and freedoms and improving efficiency of State protection of citizens involved in criminal proceedings.
