Head of State urged to consider two-year rotation of court chairmen

sp;ASTANA. November 18. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has urged to discuss the issue of two-year rotation of court chairmen today at the opening of V Congress of Judges of Kazakhstan.

"It makes sense to introduce more frequent rotation of court chairmen among judges of these courts. May be it will work. This issue needs to be studied", N.Nazarbayev said.

Besides, according to the President, the issue of introducing of vote by secrete ballot in defining candidacies for judgeship.
