Heating season will start in Astana after October 5

ASTANA. September 27. KAZINFORM Heating season in Astana will start after October 5-7. This has been announced today by the deputy akim of Astana city Vasily Krylov at the meeting concerning preparation for autumn-winter heating season 2013-2014.

"We will start the heating season, when average daily temperature of the free air amounts to 9 degrees over three days, and we expect that approximately after October 5-7 we will announce about the start of the heating season", - he reported.

According to him, on October 5 lowering of temperature is expected, and from October 8 temperature at night will be below zero.

As of today the whole housing stock of the capital is ready for the heating season - 2015 apartment houses with municipal heating, and over 170 organizations of healthcare, education and culture.
