Heavy precipitation to douse Kazakhstan Dec 23-25

Heavy precipitation is forecast for most of Kazakhstan in three coming days, Kazinform News Agency cites Kazhydromet.

According to the national weather agency, the Atlantic cyclone will bring precipitation to the country on December 23-25.

A mix of rain and snow, fog, black ice are in store for most regions starting from December 24. Blizzard and stiff wind are expected in northern Kazakhstan.

Only the east and southeast of the country will enjoy weather without precipitation.

No sharp temperature fluctuations are forecast by mets.
