High-tech medical equipment will be produced in Shymkent

SHYMKENT. July 4. KAZINFORM - The new facility for production of high-tech electronic medical device has been opened with the support of the government. Manufacturing has been included in Industrialization Map.

"Kazmedpribor" company is the only one in Kazakhstan which is producing unique medical equipment. New equipment has been given evaluation by medical workers, who will using the local equipment. Doctors say the Shymkent medical devices are no different from their foreign counterparts. In addition to ultrasound machines at the factory are assembled X-ray machines, and a video system for endoscopic surgery. Share of local content makes 76%.

NOTE: The company is working at several governmental programs: "Business Road Map", "Productivity" and "Exporter 2020". It intends to send the goods ready for export to the Customs Union.
