Hockey field opens in Abai region

A new hockey field opened in Beskaragai district in Abai region to hold mass sports events, Kazinform News Agency cites the region’s akimat (administration).

The hockey rink is purposed for ice sports such as ice hockey and figure skating in winter and futsal in summer.

The new sports facility helps locals promote mass sports, form a healthy lifestyle and stay fit.

As earlier reported, a new indoor stadium, an athletic arena, and a pool with a multifunctional ice complex opened in Karaganda.
