Hotline opened for Kazakhstan's Almaz Tourism clients

ASTANA. KAZINFORM The Kazakh Tourism Industry Committee opened a hotline for the tourists who bought vacation packages via Almaz Tourism travel company.

As earlier reported, the Kazakh Tourism Industry Committee sent a letter to the Culture and Tourism Ministry of Turkey to address private enterprises of Turkey to help seek for legal decisions for Kazakhstani tourists in the current situation.

Besides, the committee sent a letter to Trek Travel International authorities against demand to pay once again for accommodation at the company's hotels.
