House of Culture and School of Arts opened in North-Kazakhstan Oblast on eve of Independence Day

ROPAVLOVSK. December 10. KAZINFORM /Sergey Kuznetsov/ An opening ceremony of rural House of Culture and School of Arts took place in Tayinshinsk municipality of North-Kazakhstan Oblast on the threshold of Independence Day; the press-service of Akimat said.

Delivering speech at the opening ceremony Mayor of the Region Serik Bilyalov noted that 598 entities of culture operate in the region for today. KZT 240 mln were allocated for reconstruction of 40 facilities of culture under the Road Map program. Other 12 facilities amounted to KZT 279 mln are expected to be reconstructed in 2010.

The Head of the Region expressed confidence that the residents of the region will have a possibility to take part in holiday events dedicated to anniversaries and state holidays.

The Mayor of the Region also took part in the opening ceremony of the Children's School of Arts in Tayunshi town. According to the Head of the Region the preschool education is an important chain in the system of high moral qualities of individual and Kazakhstani patriotism.

The Mayor of the Region congratulated the teachers, school students and their parents on this important and significant event in the life of the region and on upcoming holiday - the Independence Day of Kazakhstan.
